Health insurance has always been a very intangible product and it has become increasingly quicker and easier to buy online, giving most people little reason to enter a physical store. With this in mind, Medibank came to Interbrand looking for some ideas for their new concept store, which would give people a reason to come inside and keep coming back.
The solution was to gamify healthy living through a quick and easy health check-in. Instead of going to the doctor, you could do a quick test to find out your health score, before being directed to customised tips on areas for improvement, recipe cards, an interactive event calendar and a screen showing the live feed from #GenBetter.
This video was created to be shown outside the store to let people know all the different things inside.
